The next airsteps workshop has been booked for Sunday 16th November 2008 from 13:30 till 17:00 in Dance Studio 1 at the University Of Bristol Gym (Indoor Sports Centre, Tyndall Avenue, BS8 1TP). Ticket prices for students are £15 but the LeRoc society will also required £1.50 for the hire of the room. As we are hiring the room, you don't need a sports pass.

If you want to learn moves like that then there is a workshop for you.  We have asked for the odd lift and jump. It will still be suitable for people who haven't been to the previous class, provided your comfortable with each other and are reasonably fit (e.g. fellas don't try to lift a girl twice your weight!).

Reminder: Airsteps can be dangerous!!!

Please people be careful if practicing them (and use spotters - especially with a new partner), as they can go wrong and people can get hurt. I have very much ran out of talent before, at the Folk House class, and injured Ruth, so really do recommend that you are careful.
